In 1988, James Hansen, then head of NASA GISS testified before Congress that the AGT from 1950-1980 was 15°C.

In 2016, NOAA reported an AGT of 14.83°C
In 2019, NOAA reported an AGT of 14.88°C
In 2020, WMO reported an AGT of 14.9°C

Using the mean of the 1950-1980 AGT (1965), there has been an overall DECLINE of temperature of 0.1°C over the past 57 years.
